The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals while enjoying views of the water through nearby doors and windows.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• Second bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, ideal for families

The bathroom includes a shower and bathtub combination with clean coastal styling.

Outside, the spacious deck extends your living space outdoors, perfect for dining, morning coffee, or evening sunsets over the water. Guests can also enjoy the fire pit area for cozy nights under the stars.

A pathway leads directly from the backyard to the beach, providing easy access for swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the shore.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire cottage, including two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry area, deck, and backyard.

The main entrance is located on the left side of the house. A smart lock access code will be provided on the morning of check-in.

Beach access is located directly behind the property and is shared with a neighboring unit.

Located in the charming community of Stratford, this Tea Hill Beach cottage offers a peaceful coastal setting while remaining close to amenities. Guests can explore nearby shops, restaurants, parks, and scenic walking areas, or take a short drive into Charlottetown for additional attractions, entertainment, and dining.

Getting Around

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area, though parking is available onsite at no cost. Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is approximately a 15-minute drive from the cottage, and main roads are easily accessible for visiting beaches, golf courses, and attractions across Prince Edward Island.

Ride-sharing services may also be available depending on the season.

Other Things to Note

Beach access is shared with a neighboring cottage, and you may occasionally see other guests using the stairs leading to the shoreline.
