If bringing dogs, please ensure they are supervised and secure. Poo bags are provided for convenience. A $200.00 pet fee applies.
No smoking or vaping inside the house. Outdoor spaces may be used responsibly.
Guests may enjoy the propane fire table, charcoal BBQ, outdoor furniture, and fire pit from May 1 – October 31. Please turn off the gas after use and follow local fire restrictions. The grill must be cleaned after use. A $50.00 fee applies if the grill is not cleaned.
Proper waste sorting is required under provincial regulations. Garbage, compost, and recycling must be separated correctly using the provided bins. Sorting instructions are available in the Welcome Book and on the pantry door. Improper sorting may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Exterior security cameras are installed for safety purposes (no cameras inside the home).
